One chair is in excellent condition
The second chair is in good condition; the chair itself is sturdy, however there is a rip (not completely) in one of the armrests as well as some wear throughout (see photos). Chair is still functional and armrest is still holding on as the rip isn’t all the way through; could probably be turned around if you take apart the chair
