Oui, bien sûr! C'est juste plus facile de tout faire en anglais pour le moment et éventuellement j'espère avoir un site web bilingue, mais c'est vraiment beaucoup de travail et de gestion. 

PURCHASES/RETURNS

What happens if I change my mind after purchasing a product from your store?

Unfortunately, purchases are final sale. No refunds, no exchanges.

What happens if the product I receive is not as described? (looks different, damaged, etc.)

Please do not hesitate to contact me so we can discuss what happened.

What about taxes?

Taxes are included in all second-hand and vintage items, but are to be added at check-out on any new products from my Self-Care Collection. 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY/PICK UP/LOGISTICS

I'm not sure what option to pick between local pick up, local delivery and shipping / none of the options work for me. Can we talk about it?

Yes of course, please do not hesitate to always contact me to figure this out. You can also purchase the item and select "free local pick up" and we can figure out the delivery/shipping afterwards. I can deliver to further places than the options I've included at check-out, its on a case-by-case basis.

How is shipping calculated?

With a lot of difficulty. A lot of assumptions and guesses. If you are not happy with the shipping rate for the product you wish to purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me and I'll happily build you a custom shipping quote based on your exact address. 

Where do you ship to?

Presently, only to Canadian provinces and American in-land states (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). If you live in Canada or the United States and your province/state is not serviced, please do not hesitate to contact me and I'll happily build you a custom shipping quote based on your exact address. I do not ship to any other countries at the moment. 

How do local pick ups work?

A local pick up will happen either at my atelier in Longueuil or at my home, also in Longueuil. You have the address to my atelier on the website, but I am not always there and it is 15 minutes away from my home, so depending on when you want to pick up, it might be at my home instead and I will provide you with my home address. Please always advise me before stopping by, because again, I am not always there. We need to agree on a date and time frame for a local pick up.

How does local delivery work?

Local deliveries are done based on pre-set KM ranges in my settings. Depending on your address and how far it is from my atelier's address, it will fall in one range and one price. I can also deliver further, its on a case-by-case basis. You can contact me so we can figure it out together (:
